Custom Production
ACW's craftsmen have, collectively, nearly 100 years experience in custom acrylic fabrication. We have produced highly intricate pieces: the image below is of a fully functional acrylic guitar (except for the strings and frets) designed and fabricated by our most senior craftsman, Edwardo Bravo. Other examples of past work include custom podiums, display cases, and works of art, all designed by our customers and implemented by us.

We have worked for highly demanding customers including the National Institutes of Health, for who we produced complex acrylic components. Furthermore, we can combine custom design with high volume production. For example, ACW fabricated the acrylic sheets that keep hockey pucks from flying into the stands at the Washington Capital's arena. We have also fabricated bullet resistant panels for teller enclosures in banks.
